Autumn Is Out

I went out with a camera. This might not strike you as much. Even better, this might not strike you at all. Worry not though, I’m here to tell you that it’s a badass achievement.

You must consider that I go out rarely and that I go out with the camera about as often as the leap year occurs. If not less frequently.

What I found out outside is that it is autumn. Whatever. I shot to kill and here is what I brought home. Which is, again, not much. It’s my recurrent theme.

      1. I don’t really know how to respond to this, sorry. It was an honest in-the-moment statement and I felt very lonely but I’m starting to find other bloggers. Let’s just call it a “joke”.

  1. Hey Mara … I’ve been so MIA here, this post is twenty days old. Gorgeous photos. Today I wished I’d had my ‘real’ camera with me in the park. I’ve been very tired.

          1. I am somewhat frustrated by the lack of communities, myself. I dropped my Personal plans and domains with WP, and I am trying to get my poetry organized on my other-than-wp sites. I really miss the poetry challenges the most and the exchanges that went with them.

Anyway, I am glad to know that you are still here (wherever “here” is).

          2. Thank you so much for tuning in! I see you share my experience with WordPress. I do not intend to renew my paid plan when it expires. I don’t think I’m getting much in return. A shame about the community and challenges, that was really the one thing that made WP different. Oh well. Glad to hear from you all the same and see you around, perhaps (hopefully)!
