I hope to be hysterically hilarious. But maybe I'm just hysterical.
I brought home snow
On my coat—
On the floor
We don’t want snow to come here and bother us…

Neither did I. But I had to shovel my way out to the balcony when I went to smoke. And it’s still piling up, the white wet shit.
I do !!!!! It’s HOT here….
A friend in the US sent me a pic this morning of a foot or so of snow in her backyard…..in my part of the world we are all melting in very hot temps at present…..40C the last three days….
I wish I could change places with you. I’m tired of shovelling my balcony (!). Could do with some warmth 🙂
I keep telling myself that one year I am going to the northern hemisphere to spend christmas/new year to find out how bad and irritating all this snow must be….
You can take my word for it. You’d get tired of snow afte a day…
I did live in a place where it snowed a few time each year but nothing like you get. I’m sure the novelty of it would be short lived.
The weather has been weird since climate change, we didn’t use to get so much snow, neither did we use to get such low temperatures or such hot summers. It’s swinging from one extreme to another now.
Same is happening here. We are having very hot weather at present. Hot nights as well.
Yep. Climate change is apparently global and it sucks. No matter how much our former president insists that it doesn’t exist. (Vaclav Klaus, and yes, I’m serious.)
He is not alone, we have our share of deniers too who find it politically advantageous to maintain the denial, after all their oil baron mates give them so much money to support their campaigns….
I’d send you shovels of it if I could !
That would be great 😀
You have wonderful snow, it is only wonderful because I do not have any 😀
Haha, yes, that makes perfect sense! 😀
I do on occasion, not many occasions though 😀
You do make sense with grace and humour.
It is nice to know that I make sense to some, even if they do have odd names, well grace is okay, but humour is pretty strange..
The most humorous people are those who aren’t aware of it…
Lucky you grin! All our snow is gone now. Everything is back to being greyish-brown. The humidity is close to 100%, the southwest wind is howling in the ventilation ducts in the building. Everything feels damp … you can’t tell whether it’s raining or just … wet air. Yuck.
If you fancy more snow, just come over and build snowman on my balcony… Plenty of material there! I dug out a narrow path to my favourite spot on the balcony where I squat and smoke (I found you preserve more body warmth when curled up in a ball rather than just standing upright, exposed to the weather). Though I imagine I look ridiculous squatting there.
I love the outdoors, nature, birds, trees, everything.
Snow is one of the few things better seen from the other side of a window.
I’m more of a city person than a nature person, but it’s good to hear that even nature lovers prefer to see snow through the window 🙂
Aahh… I really like it!!! 😀 ❤
Thank you so much, you’re very kind!
…just honest 🙂
