What I Hated the Least Today 7/365: Shopping

I’ve been shopping today. This might seem less of an achievement than it actually is, considering the quantity and quality of adverse factors involved in this adventure, including:

  • outside temperature too low to accommodate human life
  • my extreme laziness and active hatred of leaving the flat
  • my weak constitution inconsistent with carrying heavy shopping

I do hope I’ll last a week or so before having to go out again. And in case you wonder, I work from home.

  1. Well done 😉 We go there too often, and that’s not very economical. One easily buy stuff one doesn’t need [the psychology of marketing].

I would have LOVED to work from home!

    1. (Un)fortunately, I don’t have a car, so I only can buy what I can carry, so the risk of buying what I don’t need is lower 🙂

Working from home is great, but it brings whole new work-related problems concerning focus, morale, motivation and the like…

  2. I work from home too. And it has been extremely hectic in my life and is throwing my work schedule out the window! So, I can understand how hard it can be to stay motivated. I do think going out and at least walking a little bit helps some. Glad you able to find something good about today. 😀

    1. Oh a fellow worker from home, that’s good! The trouble is that when you work from home, you’re always at work – or never at work, depending on how you take it. Neither way is quite good. But it is good for sure to go out and see what the world is up to 🙂
