Another season and another photo series in response to Cardinal Guzman’s Changing Seasons challenge are here. For previous months in my city, you can have a look at my galleries here, here and here.

  1. I really liked the bikes at the brickwall and the last photo of the leaves with the grey-brownish house in the back. Very fine photos.

    1. Thank you, Lena, for your kind comment! I had a lot of fun shooting this set of pictures, and it’s great that Cardinal’s challenge prompts me to look around and see the seasons changing before my eyes…

      1. Yes, it feels like in a jungle here, especially since I moved in winter and only now see how the place looks in high spring. It’s not that I never saw spring before but now the change is particularly visible. Your challenge does a good job of making me mind my surroundings a bit more.

    1. Yes, splashes of colour make things look a bit more alive! I’m glad that you like the house with the tree in front of it, I was going for the contrasting effect of the green and grey, so I’m glad it worked πŸ™‚

        1. Why, thank you, though I do hope that this horrible green will be over soon, as I might be the only living person who hates the colour green. My favourite season is autumn…

  2. Amazing photos, Mara! I really like the last one. The leaves are so crisp and bright. Very nice visual. Hope you are enjoying spring, it certainly looks like it where you are πŸ™‚

    1. Thank you for your lovely comment! Yes, I’m quite happy with the advent of spring – almost summer now – my only complain are the pollens… The town certainly livened up with all the green around!

      1. Oh no, you don’t like pollens too 😦 They give me hayfever and sometimes I can be sneezing all day without medication. I hope that doesn’t happen to you. Enjoy the green and warm weather all you can…it will be Australia’s turn for that in the second half of the year πŸ™‚
