I wanted to call this post “Under the rainbow leaf and what Mara found there” in allusion to “Through the looking glass and what Alice found there”, but I thought that would be too literary. Forget I said anything.

    1. I WAS writing the paper! Organised as I am, I have most of my posts scheduled in advance — that’s why they miraculously appear on the hour each day ๐Ÿ˜‰

Is the leaf truly iridescent or is it the work of light?
(And I would’ve understood the literary allusion!)

    1. Of course you’d get the allusion, but I thought I should be considerate to those who are not such big fans of literature! The leaf indeed was so colourful, but that’s all I know, I have no idea what plant it was from or how come that there were so many colours. I’m always ignorant of these botanic/gardening details.
