This would be lovely if it wasn’t a spider’s web.

        1. I do wear fingerless mittens, but I often cover my fingers anyway because my fingertips are freezing… Sadly, my cat is very excited about the flap (if this is the word) and keeps on snapping at it.

Aaww, thank you for the compliment – as we agreed on recently, I’m a very vain female – I’m using Maybelline Super Stay polish, which actually does stay for quite long 🙂 Here’s my modest collection:

          1. Well, I’m starting small, I don’t think I’d actually use hundreds… I’m too lazy to do my nails too often, that’s why I’m into super stay products 😉

          2. As an insomniac person, I’m awake at random times, but my time zone is GMT+1, so almost like the UK, where I certainly wouldn’t object against living 🙂

          3. You tease 😉 Well, I’m of a nervous nature, so I have bouts of sleeplessness on one hand and periods when I sleep all the time on the other. Sleeplessness is actually good, more time for the blog!

          4. Lol true re the blog and sometimes one can think more clearly if it’s early hours. I’m sure there’s a study on mid clarity etc for early risers and how it differs during the day

          5. Yes! I can focus the best early in the morning or late in the night. Sadly, this disqualifies me from having an ordinary daytime job. Happily, I mostly work from home at such hours as I please 😀

          6. Yes, it’s not easy. I’m a PhD candidate, so a researcher and teacher, but I live on editing and proofreading. That is, telling people that they got it wrong, heh.

          7. Oh no, please don’t be self-conscious, that’s not what I meant! I specialise in making people’s papers adhere to formal requirements, like the citation style, so I’m surely not going to check your grammar or style or anything. As long as you don’t start writing a bibliographic record in your comments, then I might feel compelled to step in 😉
